  4. Hello and good day Sir Papajack, I would like to know how did you backup or get the whole Alcatel Flash 2 Stock ROM? Using this tutorial I have revert all the changes in my rooted device to its original state (untouched state) and I have successfully updated my device to 7049D_V3.2_151119 latest update as of 12/23/15. I would like to have a full backup of my device ROM before I root it again and make some changes.

  8. WALANG NANGYARI, GANUN PA DIN HARD BRICK.. NO COMMAND YUNG SA RECOVERY MODE.. SABI NG SERVICE CENTER PAPALITAN NA LNG DAW NG MAINBOARD.. PWEDE BANG MASIRA YUNG MAINBOARD DAHIL SA MALING PAG-ROOT?

  9. GANUN PA RIN, WALANG NANGYARI.. HARD BRICK PA RIN.. NO COMMAND YUNG SA RECOVERY MODE.. ANG SABI NUNG SA SERVICE CENTER PAPALITAN NA DAW NG MAINBOARD.. PWEDE BANG MASIRA YUNG MAINBOARD NG DAHIL SA NAG-FAIL NA PAG-ROOT?

  10. @Romer hindi basta masira ang main board iba ang software sa hardware. Maari software lang ang pwede masolusyunan sa tamang pag flash ng firmware or stockrom. Try mo factory reset sa stock recovery after mag flash kung hindi parin mag on.

  11. Tapos na Sir.. Na-wipe at restore factory settings na pero ganun pa rin.. Nasunod ko naman lahat ng steps sa taas, at successful naman pero ganun pa rin talaga.. Kau po ba ung sa radyo Sir?

  12. Good day sir! This is stock rom right? Why can't I flash this rom using TWRP? It says md5 not found. Do you have any idea how to flash this rom successfully? Btw when I put the scatter txt into the preloading it says

    'image lk checksum failed'
'checksum reference value(0x96d5) in the config .ini file'
'please refill correct checksum value and re-load scatter file again'

    Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

    • Hi arfem,
Flashing in twrp will not work. As you can see this method is using SPFT using Desktop.
There's a difference file between the file in TWRP and SPFT in short they are not compatible.

      • Hello sir thanks for the reply,

I see flashing this rom using TWRP won't work, but I did try to flash it using SPFT, thus the error

        'image lk checksum failed'
'checksum reference value(0x96d5) in the config .ini file'
'please refill correct checksum value and re-load scatter file again'

should I try downloading the zip file again? TIA

  13. Hello as per the post and its comments I flashed the ROM using the SPFT Flash Tool. I had a twrp recovery before that and I wanted to get rid of that. Though after flashing the ROM, I am back to LL v2.9 but my recovery is gone. TWRP is gone and also the stock recovery may not have got installed because broken android robot image is displayed while trying to access recovery mode (Like this: http://i.xomf.com/dwsgn.jpg). Please help.
